Kornfeld Companies continues to manage the shopping center for the current ownership. Highlands Ranch is one of Denver’s most successful suburban developments and is one of the most populous unincorporated communities in the United States. The development’s population exceeds 100,000 people, and King Soopers is the #1 grocer in the submarket.
