Summit Place has been an anchor of the Summit County retail community since 1979. Located at the Dillon / Silverthorne interchange off Interstate 70, this mixed-use development has long served locals and tourists alike. Its location and visibility are unsurpassed in Summit County.  The project concluded a  major renovation in 2021 including the addition of TJ Maxx and Sierra as anchors.  Ace Hardware joined the property, opening in January, 2024 as another anchor.  The shopping center has been updated including a new modern-style metal roof, new paint and more.  The Office Suites (located above Ace Hardware) have been renovated including new restrooms, air conditioning, LED lighting and more.  Summit Place boasts a variety of food, retail, sports stores and more.
