The Marketplace at Bergen Park is an established grocery-anchored shopping center in the Evergreen sub-market west of Denver. The project is anchored by King Soopers (Kroger), which recently completed an exterior and interior remodel. Ace Hardware joined the center as a secondary anchor in 2021.  The shops were also remodeled, and the project’s landscaping was upgraded. One of the few nationally-anchored grocery centers in this submarket, The Marketplace at Bergen Park has established itself as a shopping destination for residents throughout the foothills. The project enjoys full-turns access off Bergen Parkway as well as a right-in close to CO Highway 74. Each shop space boasts unobstructed visibility, and distinctive signage blends with this mountain community. The center is long known for its mix of national and local tenants, with many shops operated by members of the community.  Three tenants have expanded their stores, showing the strength of the center and their ability to succeed there.
